Unfortunately, saying that my business is operational is an unfair characterization. The business has has one client, which I accepted before the business structure was ready. Unfortunately, I have been trying to play catch up ever since. You're probably asking why I would take the client before I was ready. I accepted the work from the client for two reasons. First, I needed the income. Second, if I passed on the project, then I may not get projects next legislative session. I needed to get my name out there as a viable solution to bill drafting problems.
My venture has two components; professional services for entities and legal services. The professional services for entities consists of areas; legislative bill drafting and JCOPE compliance. For legal services, the services offered would be limited to trusts and estates, including probate, and document preparation (i.e., incorporations and LLC formation).

I am in the process of creating a monetized Lifestyle Blog. My target audience is people who are going/have gone through life-altering situations and how they can flourish afterwards. I will be writing about losing my job in my late fifties, surviving breast cancer, parenting, DIY projects, budgeting and downsizing. I was a Corporate sales executive and thriving in my career prior to my cancer diagnosis. While undergoing chemo treatments I was let go from my job. We were forced to sell our house as the mortgage and associated costs were no longer do-able. We have two children - one in college and one in high school. My illness and job loss affected my whole family. We all needed to make adjustments. Some were easy, many are still challenging. I would be encouraging others to lead a great life despite setbacks.

Audiences want more than passive consumption of entertainment. They want to be actively involved, making choices that shape their experiences. We not only create immersive work, but are pushing it to the next level, pioneering a new genre, submersive experiences, where a participant steps in as the protagonist of a cinematic narrative.
Beyond entertainment value, stories are powerful tools for cultivating empathy. If there's anything more powerful than a story, it's a personal experience. In my work, I seek out diverse collaborators to tell stories that expose audiences to perspectives that may be very different from their own. I am also passionate about social psychology and incorporating research into our work.

My company's business model requires very minimal start-up funds and can conform to various customer budgets. I have completed degrees in both Business Administration (entrepreneurial studies) and Entertainment Technology (scenery construction). I have 9+ years of relevant experience, including retail product visual/window display, interior/event decorating, theater construction/carpentry, photography, graphic design, and project management. I have mentored and taught creative arts to children/teens K-12 within the private and public school sector. My goal is to eventually hire people within the community, including at-risk youth to help me create these magical event experiences. Thereby, providing creative skills, jobs and inspiration.

My wife works for ETS which is a top 10 company in education solution sector. For the last couple of years I am hearing how they struggle to provide the solution to their customers, mostly universities. The challenge becomes even fierce when the test happens online. With that backdrop I started to do some research about education sector and more precisely exam solutions sub sector. I realize there are four pillars in the online exam solution sub sector. Here the exam content is given, and start the work general administration from student side and from Institution side, then there is authentication, test taking, evaluation and store the certifications in a secure manner. I got very excited and do some more research on competition and what solution currently available. I realize that although there are good LMS (leraning management software) available there is not much in Auto proctoring (proctoring through system) and also there is no integration between exam taking and certification.
